I am a life-long resident of Chester County and have successfully represented clients in every District Court and Court of Common Pleas courtroom thousands of times. Since I started practicing law in 1985, I have vowed never to be outworked by my opponents! It has served me well; more importantly, it has served my clients well. Many of my clients are returning after finding themselves facing charges again; many others have been sent to me by fellow attorneys or judges who have seen my work and want the person they are sending to get the benefit of my knowledge, experience and, yes, hard work.
I gladly work into the evenings and on weekends to make sure no rock has been left unturned in seeking the best possible results I can obtain for my clients. An example of my hard work was spending over 1,000 hours in defending a death penalty case that resulted not only in saving a young man's life, but in a complete acquittal of all charges. That is just one example of how my dedication and perseverance can benefit you.
I take great pride in getting my clients excellent results - whether it is at the district court level for a preliminary hearing or traffic matter, or in charges brought by the local county prosecuting offices, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania via the Attorney General's Office, or the U.S. through Assistant U.S. Attorneys. Chester County judges, federal magistrates and federal judges have shown their belief in my talents by asking me to take on the defense in some ot the area's most notorious cases.
